PURPOSE: A wire-driven stapling intestinal anastomosis device for surgery is provided to smoothly proceed stapling and cutting in a confined space by securing enough rotation displacement of an upper jaw and a lower jaw. CONSTITUTION: A stapling intestinal anastomosis device(10) includes an upper jaw(12) and a lower jaw(14). The stapling intestinal anastomosis device is connected to a connection shaft(20) through a support bar(35). The upper jaw and the lower jaw clamp tissue between the upper jaw and the lower jaw. A proximal part of the upper jaw is connected to a proximal part of the lower jaw through a hinge. The upper jaw is converted into an opened position and a closed position by rotation. |
