PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film capable of being used for a packaging material centered on foods excellent in gas barrier property and a standing using the same.SOLUTION: A multilayer film has a gas barrier adhesive layer containing polyester-polyol (A) having two or more of hydroxyl groups and polyisocyanate (B) having two or more of isocyanate groups and a sealant film and is characterized in that elasticity modulus at 25°C is 1.0×10Pa or more when a film thickness of a cured coated film formed using the above adhesive 150±50 μm and oxygen transmission at a relative humidity of 90% and a temperature of 23°C is 50 cc/m*day*atm or less when the film thickness of the cured coated film is 3±0.5 μm.
