This disclosure provides methods for formulating compositions comprising one or more peptide proteasome inhibitors and a cyclodextrin, particularly a substituted cyclodextrin. Such methods substantially increase the solubility and stability of these 5 proteasome inhibitors and facilitate both their manufacture and administration.
