PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form various types of circuits, each of which has the high degree of freedom in arrangement of a light source element using a common printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 23 includes numerous light source mounting parts 34, and connections 325 to 327 between mounting parts. The light source mounting part 34 has a pair of light source terminal connection lands 323, 324 (terminal connection land). The connections 325 to 327 between mounting parts connect a plurality of light source terminal connection lands 323, 324. The connections 325 to 327 between mounting parts are capable of being cut off by laser processing.
