PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize traveling performance of an inverted pendulum type vehicle by improving the assembly workability of driving disks to a vehicle body frame, and also, by highly-accurately setting the spacing dimension in an axial direction between the right and left driving disks.SOLUTION: Right and left driving disks 58 are assembled to a hollow shaft body 54 in a positioned state in an axial direction to form a sub-assembly. The hollow shaft body 54 is fixed to a vehicle body frame by a bolt 72 inserted into a central through-hole 55 of the hollow shaft body 54.
