PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an Oldham ring and a main bearing member from contacting with each other near a key groove, vibrating, and increasing operation noise due to reception of a pressing force from an orbiting scroll.SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor, an orbiting scroll 12 is provided between a main bearing member 19 and a stationary scroll 11, the stationary scroll and the orbiting scroll are meshed to each other such that spiral wraps thereof inwardly face each other, an Oldham ring 26 is arranged between the main bearing member 19 and the orbiting scroll, and a key part 26a of the Oldham ring is inserted into a key groove 19a of the main bearing member. Recessed parts 26c are formed in a slidable surface part of the Oldham ring near the key part which faces a part near the key groove of the main bearing member 19. Thus, contact and vibration between the Oldham ring 26 and the main bearing member 19 which are caused near the key groove 19a can be prevented, and the scroll compressor with low noise is inexpensively provided. |
