PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imprint method reducing a number of operation (forming) steps to mass production and capable of being molded even by a compact molding device.SOLUTION: An imprint method has a first step feeding liquid resin material to a lower mold 3, a second step heating an upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3 using a heater 5 or others after the first step, a third step measuring a reaction force to the upper mold 2 generated along with the expansion of the lower mold 3 and the gelation of the resin material after the second step, and a fourth step starting to press to the resin material when the reaction force reaches a predetermined value after the third step. |
