PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ring-fused imidazolone derivatives which express effects by selectively activating muscarine Mand Mreceptors and reduces side effects through other muscarine receptors or other receptors.SOLUTION: This invention relates to compounds represented by formula (1) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions including those as effctive ingredients, and the therapeutic agents of muscarine receptor-mediated disorders containing the above compounds.
