PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive isotope manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently manufacturing a plurality of sorts of RIs.SOLUTION: An attenuation part 10 for attenuating energy of a charged particle beam is provided in a charged particle beam passage 200 through which the charged particle beam is passed. In the attenuation part 10, an attenuation quantity of charged particle beam energy can be changed. By changing the attenuation quantity of the charged particle beam energy in accordance with a sort of a required RI in the attenuation part 10, the energy of a charged particle beam to be irradiated to a target L can be controlled to a suitable value for each RI sort. |
