PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost measurement system for photopolymer film polymerization monitoring.SOLUTION: An infrared light source 102 emits light toward a light-activated material such as a film 110 and/or a substrate 108. An optical filter 104 is positioned such that the light is transmitted through the optical filter 104 after the light is reflected off the substrate and/or the film. An optical detector 106 is positioned to detect the light that is transmitted through the optical filter 104.
