PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separating and purifying device capable of preventing a flow passage in an exit end of a trap column from being clogged by crystallization of a target component eluted from the column.SOLUTION: In a separating and purifying device for flowing a solution containing a target component into a trap column 21 to collect the target component in the column 21, then flowing a solvent for elution into the trap column 21, and having the target component collected in the column 21 eluted to collect it in a collection container, at least an opening 27 on a liquid exit side, of openings as liquid gateways provided on both ends of the trap column 21, is formed in a taper shape having the largest sectional area on a side facing an internal space of the column 21 and having a sectional area decreasing toward a liquid flowing direction. Further, a filter 26 is provided for prevention of crystallization of the target component, in a boundary between the internal space of the column 21 and a flow passage for discharging liquid from the internal space. |
