PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive material treatment facility capable of preventing water from being immersed into an inner side from a device carrying-in area at least in a building and carrying a device to a floor higher than the first floor in the building.SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor building 1 has four external walls 2A to 2D, and a large-sized device carrying-in area 4 and device carrying-in areas 10A to 10E are formed on the first floor in the nuclear reactor building 1. The large-sized device carrying-in area 4 is surrounded by a U-shaped isolation wall 3 except an opening part side blocked by an opening/closing door 5 in an openable and closable manner. The device carrying-in areas 10A to 10E are respectively surrounded by U-shaped isolation walls 9A to 9E. Floors equal to or higher than at least the second floor provided with a watertight hatch block an upper part of the large-sized device carrying-in area 4. A device carried in the large-sized device carrying-in area 4 is lifted by a crane provided on the roof of the nuclear reactor building 1, and carried up to an upper floor through an opening part (the watertight hatch thereof is removed) formed on the floor of a floor equal to or higher than at least the second floor. |
