摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve control device capable of appropriately opening and closing a solenoid valve without reinforcing an electromagnetic force of an electromagnet or a restoring force of a spring.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve control device 1 includes a cooling path 19 for cooling an engine 3, a pump 21 for circulating a coolant in the cooling path 19, and a solenoid valve 23 disposed in the cooling path 19 and controlling a flow volume of the coolant. The solenoid valve 23 has a valve element that is biased in an opposite direction to the flow of the coolant by the restoring force of the spring and by the electromagnetic force of the electromagnet. The solenoid valve 23 is closed by energizing the electromagnet to displace the valve element to the opposite direction by the restoring force and the electromagnetic force; and is opened by stopping energization of the electromagnet to displace the valve element in a flowing direction of the coolant by the flow of the coolant. When the solenoid valve 23 is closed, the electromagnet is energized to close the solenoid valve 23 and a discharge amount of the pump 21 is reduced to decrease the flow volume of the coolant flowing in the solenoid valve 23.
