摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharging device with an electric motor of a hybrid vehicle, capable of reducing loss of engine power due to power generation by efficiently performing the power generation using the supercharging device with the electric motor according to a requested charge amount.SOLUTION: A turbocharger 3 with an electric motor includes an exhaust side turbine 32, an intake side turbine 31, and the electric motor 4 for driving the intake side turbine 31 and also for generating electric power by a rotational driving force transmitted from the exhaust side turbine 32. When the electric power is generated by the electric motor 4, an electric motor control device 9 controls an intake side variable power transfer element 33 provided between the intake side turbine 31 and a rotary shaft 4a of the electric motor 4, and an exhaust side variable power transfer element 34 arranged between the exhaust side turbine 32 and the rotary shaft 4a of the electric motor 4, respectively, according to a state of charge (SOC) of a battery 23 and the power consumption of the vehicle 20, thereby changing the number of revolutions of the intake side turbine 31 and exhaust side turbine 32.
