PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning of pin shaped fins having a narrowed pitch.SOLUTION: A base substance 20 of a cooler 10 is formed by joining a first base substance formation member 21 to a second base substance formation member 22. A support plate 32 supporting pin shaped fins is disposed in an internal region S of the base substance 20, and both end surfaces 31a, 31b of the pin shaped fins 31 supported by the support plate 32 are joined to an inner surface of the base substance 20. The support plate 32 supports each fin 31 utilizing a friction force occurring between a contact surface 31c of the fin 31 and an inner peripheral surface of a through hole 32a. |
