PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device that easily determines a user's hand finger used for operation.SOLUTION: A display control device for controlling display content of a display device in accordance with movement of a user's hand comprises: a specification unit that specifies the user's hand as a hand for operation in response to recognition that the user's hand is positioned in a direction of the user's face on the basis of a detection result from a detection sensor for detecting the position of the user's body in a space; an instruction acquisition unit that recognizes movement of the hand for operation to acquire an operation instruction for the display content of the display device; and a display control unit that controls the display content of the display device in accordance with the operation instruction.
