PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set an overcurrent detection level even when a detection error of an inverter current occurs.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a heating coil 3 for heating a load; an inverter circuit 2 for supplying power to the heating coil 3; a control circuit 5 for controlling power supplied to the heating coil 3 by controlling the inverter circuit 2; a current transformer 9 for detecting a current that flows through the heating coil 3; an inverter current detection circuit 10 for converting a signal from the current transformer 9 to voltage and applying the voltage to the control circuit 5; a D/A conversion circuit 13 for generating a voltage value by an output from the control circuit 5; and a comparison circuit 12 for comparing the voltage input from the inverter current detection circuit 10 with the voltage generated by the D/A conversion circuit 13 and inputting the result into the control circuit 5. |
