摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the temperature of retained water in an airtight space from a picked-up image in place of a thermometer, such as a thermocouple.SOLUTION: A typical configuration of a retained water temperature estimation method relating to this invention is a method for estimating the temperature of retained water 110 in an airtight space. In the method, the temperature of a gas phase of the airtight space is measured (S100), an image in the airtight space is imaged (S102), the diameter of a falling water droplet, a falling velocity of the water droplet and the number of water droplets are calculated from the image, and the mass of the water droplets per unit volume in air is calculated from the diameter of the water droplet, the falling velocity and the number of the droplets (S104), a saturated water vapor content is calculated from the temperature of the gas phase (S106), a total value is calculated by adding a saturated water vapor content to the mass of the water droplets in air (S108), and the temperature of the retained water is estimated so as to make the saturated water vapor content from the retained water coincide with the total value (S110).
