An output shaft (114) of the actuator (112) rotates around a first axis (X114). The shaft (114) is provided with a pinion (116) meshing with a toothed crown (124) secured to the pulley (126) and rotatable therewith around a second axis (Y126) perpendicular to the first axis (X114).
