<p>An ultrasound diagnostic device is provided with: an ultrasound transmission/reception unit for generating reception data by transmitting and receiving ultrasound beams to and from a subject; a delay correction unit for correcting the delay time of the reception data; a reception opening standard setting unit for setting two or more standards for the reception opening of the reception data used when generating an ultrasound image from the reception data after the delay time is corrected; an image generation unit which matches and adds, for each of the set reception opening standards, the reception data after the delay time was corrected and corresponding to the reception opening and which generates an ultrasound image corresponding to each of the set reception opening standards by carrying out a predetermined data process; and an image quality determination unit for determining the quality of the ultrasound image corresponding to each of the set reception opening standards and for selecting an ultrasound image having a predetermined quality.</p> |
