<p>To enable easy identification of the coordinates or color of a defective pixel, in a display device inspection method: each of multiple display screens is imaged in a high brightness display state for each display pixel of each color (S101-S103); a correspondence relationship is found for each display pixel, said correspondence relationship being among imaging element pixel coordinates, display pixel coordinates and color (S107); the display screens are imaged with all the display pixels in a low brightness display state of a brightness lower than the high brightness display (S104-S106); and on the basis of the imaged images and the correspondence relationship, the display pixel coordinates and color of a bright point pixel are found (S109).</p> |
