The present invention relates to a heating element heated with irradiated microwave and a manufacturing method for the same, and more specifically, to a heating element with low density which is relatively lightweight and is heated at a higher temperature and a manufacturing method for the same. The low-density high-temperature heating element heated with irradiated microwave according to the present invention comprises a composition including: silicon carbide as a primary heating material; boron carbide as an antioxidant; and alumina nitride as a high-temperature binder and a density regulator. The method for manufacturing the low-density high-temperature heating element heated with irradiated microwave comprises: a mixture manufacturing step for mixing the silicon carbide as the primary heating material, the boron carbide as the antioxidant, and the alumina nitride as the high-temperature binder and the density regulator to manufacture a mixture; a paste manufacturing step for mixing water and the mixture to manufacture paste; a molding step for molding the paste to manufacture a molding; and irradiating microwave to the molding to manufacture the heating element.
