PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of recycling a polypropylene resin-made exterior members for vehicle, without classifying it into a polypropylene resin-made exterior member for vehicle to which a solvent-based coating material is applied and a polypropylene resin-made exterior member for vehicle to which a water-based coating material is applied, and without deteriorating physical properties of a polypropylene resin molded product.SOLUTION: A method of producing a recycled polypropylene resin molded product includes: a step of bringing a crushed product of an exterior member for vehicle, comprising a polypropylene resin molded product and a resin coating film, into contact with a first coating film remover containing at least one of d-limonene and benzyl alcohol and butyl cellosolve; a step of subjecting the crushed product to physical exfoliation treatment, while bringing the crushed product from which most part of a coating film is removed through the previous step, into contact with a second coating film remover containing at least one of d-limonene and benzyl alcohol and butyl cellosolve; a step of producing a polypropylene resin pellet from the crushed product from which the rest of the coating film is removed through the previous step; and a step of producing a polypropylene resin molded product from the polypropylene resin pellet. |
