PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cleansing cosmetic that has excellent rinsing properties and can be used without problems, such as cloudiness or reduced cleaning power, even on wet hands or skin.SOLUTION: An oily cleansing cosmetic includes the following components (A) and (B): (A) one kind or more of polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl triisostearate and polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl trioleate; and (B) decaglyceryl monoisostearate, can maintain cleaning power when water is mixed in, exhibits good storage stability, and is excellent in feeling of use after being rinsed off with water. |
