PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a piezoelectric motor compact while simplifying the structure.SOLUTION: A housing case housing a vibration body is guided in the stretching direction of the vibration body by means of a guide shaft and a guide hole. The housing case is energized, while being held from the reverse side of the guide shaft, via a rolling body, in the bending direction of the vibration body by means of a leaf spring. Consequently, such a state that the housing case can move in the stretching direction of the vibration body but hardly move in the bending direction can be brought about by using the guide hole and the guide shaft. If the guide shaft is slidable on the guide hole, the housing case may also move slightly in the bending direction, but that motion can be suppressed by a simple structure consisting of the rolling body and the leaf spring. Since the structure for energizing the housing case from the bending direction of the vibration body can be simplified, structure of a piezoelectric motor can be simplified, and thereby the piezoelectric motor can be made compact. |
