PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal element capable of outputting a stable crystal impedance value.SOLUTION: A crystal element of this invention includes: a crystal element sheet 111 which has a center part 112 having an oval shape in a plane view and an outer peripheral part 113 located around the center part 112 and being thinner than the center part 112 in a vertical direction; oval shaped excitation electrodes 114 provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of the center part 112 and matched with the shape of the center part 112; and an extraction electrode 116 extending from the center part 112 to the outer peripheral part 113.
