PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a sheet material while suitably suppressing the generation of winkles and elongation, even if the sheet material is low in Young's modulus.SOLUTION: A transfer device comprises a first roller 1 arranged at the upstream side of a transfer passage of a nonwoven fabric F, and a second roller 2 arranged at the downstream side of the first roller 1 in the transfer passage. Furthermore, the transfer device comprises non-contact sensors 3a, 3b for detecting a warpage amount Y of the nonwoven fabric F between the first roller 1 and the second roller 2, and a control device 4 for controlling a rotation speed N2 of the second roller 2 so that the warpage amount Y of the nonwoven fabric F detected by the sensors 3a, 3b may be a prescribed value Ytrg. |
