PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electroconductive film with a tacky adhesive layer, the film which can alleviate the visibility trouble caused by the tacky adhesive layer when applied to a touch panel or the like and to provide a method for producing the transparent electroconductive film with the tacky adhesive layer, a transparent electroconductive laminate, and the touch panel.SOLUTION: The transparent electroconductive laminate, which is stuck to a transparent electroconductive film having a transparent electroconductive thin film (2) on one surface of a first transparent plastic film base material (1), has: the tacky adhesive layer (3) which is stuck to the other surface of the first transparent plastic film base material (1); and a second transparent plastic film base material (1') which is disposed on the opposite side of the tacky adhesive layer (3) to the side to be stuck to the other surface of the first transparent plastic film base material (1). The surface roughness (Ra) of the surface of the tacky adhesive layer (3) on the side to be stuck to the first transparent plastic film base material (1) is 2-130 nm.
