PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hydraulic winch capable of suppressing an impact when a hook that is hoisted/lowered at high speed is stopped by rotationally driving a hydraulic motor at high speed in a state that an engine speed is reduced.SOLUTION: A control device for a hydraulic winch includes: a condition determination means for determining that a fuel saving high speed operation condition is met when a winch operation member is operated from a hoisting/lowering operation position on a low speed side toward a hoisting/lowering operation position on a high speed side when an engine speed is a predetermined rotating speed or lower and a line pull is a predetermined value or less; and a motor capacity control means for reducing a motor capacity of the hydraulic motor to control it to the smallest capacity when it is determined by the condition determination means that the fuel saving high speed operation condition is met. An engine control means sets the upper limit of the engine speed to a predetermined rotating speed that is lower than the maximum rotating speed when it is determined by the condition determination means that the fuel saving high speed operation condition is met. |
