PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain function expandability which can be applied to a various terminals and business applications and a high-performance data management function which assumes management of a large amount of terminals.SOLUTION: A management server comprises a management table for storing and managing a terminal management data model which has the same data structure as a terminal management data model of a terminal and a control information management data model which manages control information for controlling the terminal in a common format. The management server performs first processing which generates the terminal management data model having the same data structure as the terminal management data model which is changed in the terminal, second processing which generates the control information management data model using the control information related to the terminal management data model on the basis of an instruction from a management device and third processing which registers the terminal management data model and the control information management data model generated by the first and second processing in the management table.
