A gasket (1) that is interposed between two members (20, 30) in a state accommodated in grooves (34-38) formed in one member (30) of said two members (20, 30), and that seals between said two members (20, 30). The gasket (1) is characterized by: comprising a plurality of annular seal parts (2, 3, 4), and connecting parts (5, 6) that connect groups of said annular seal parts (2, 3, 4); and buffer parts (7, 8) being provided to the connecting parts (5, 6), said buffer parts (7, 8) enabling the adjustment of the relative positions of the annular seal parts connected to each other by the connecting parts (5, 6).
