According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for trading tasks in units of modules comprises: a module generating unit for classifying tasks for each related category, modularizing the classified tasks as the minimum unit, generating a plurality of minimum task unit modules, and storing the minimum task unit modules in a database; a module searching unit for receiving and processing resumes of job seekers and searching, from the database, a minimum task unit module matching the resumes on the basis of task information inputted in receipt of the resumes; a pricing unit for pricing the searched minimum task unit module; and a module uploading unit for connecting to an online technique market site related to task trading and uploading the priced minimum task unit module to the online technique market site such that the tasks of the job seekers are traded in a form of the minimum task unit module.
