PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify and sort an icon that is displayed on a display screen with a simple operation.SOLUTION: When a display location of an icon is changed, a condition determination unit 11 determines whether or not another icon which differs from the icon is displayed in a prescribed range which includes a post-change display location. If it is determined by the condition determination unit 11 that the other icon is not displayed, a dividing line display unit 12a displays a dividing line between the display location of the selected icon and the display location of the other icon.
