PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver necessary information for users in the event of disaster even if evacuation-related information is lacking.SOLUTION: An evacuation information delivery apparatus with a directional acoustic output unit, whose acoustic output direction is variable, acoustically transmits evacuation information suitable for a person detected in a monitoring space toward the person. The evacuation information delivery apparatus includes: an image capturing unit which acquires monitor images by periodically imaging the monitoring space; a human image extraction unit which extracts a human image from a monitor image; a moving direction detection unit which detects moving direction of the human image; an evacuation information storage unit which stores evacuation information for the surrounding neighborhood; an information screening unit which extracts specific evacuation information associated with the moving direction from the evacuation information storage unit; a human position identification unit which identifies a position of the human image in the monitoring space as a human position; and the directional acoustic output unit which transmits the specific evacuation information in the form of directional acoustic information toward the human position. |
