PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly predict an exercise amount.SOLUTION: An exercise support system comprises a sensor terminal worn by a user, and a computer communicably connected to the sensor terminal. The sensor terminal has at least an acceleration sensor. The computer calculates time-series data of an exercise amount of the user wearing the sensor terminal on the basis of time-series data of acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor, and predicts a total exercise amount in a day of the user wearing the sensor terminal by multivariable analysis whose parameter is the time-series data of the exercise amount. |
