PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct vertical curl generated on a sheet after image formation in an almost planar shape while keeping reducing space with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 has a recording head 7 that forms an image by ejecting ink to a medium to be recorded; and a decurler mechanism 11 that is disposed on a downstream conveyance direction of the medium to be recorded to the recording head. The decurler mechanism includes a pair of rollers that nip both ends in a direction perpendicular to a recorded medium conveyance direction of the medium to be recorded after image formation, and at least one decurler member 16 that extends to a lower part than a nip part formed by the pair of rollers at the central part which is on the side of an image-formed surface and is between the pair of rollers in a direction perpendicular to the recorded medium conveyance direction. |
