PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate negative pressure.SOLUTION: A conveyance holding tool 10 includes: a plate material 18; a jetting port 50 including a circular hole 52 formed at a surface 32B of the plate material 18, a fluid introducing round hole 54 formed concentrically with the circular hole 52 while being in communication with the circular hole 52 and having a diameter larger than the circular hole 52, and an inlet 56 formed at an inner peripheral wall 54A of the fluid introducing round hole 54 and introducing a fluid in an approximately tangential direction of the fluid introducing round hole 54A; and a fluid feeding passage 24 formed at the plate material 18 and feeding the fluid to the inlet 56. |
