PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer treating agent which effectively controls the proliferation of cancer cells with the synergetic effect of a plurality of introduced genes to exert high effectiveness of therapy.SOLUTION: A cancer treating agent includes substances used for controlling the proliferation of cancer cells comprising CDC6, shRNA, PTEN and p16INK4a as effective ingredients, and thereby has distinguished effectiveness of therapy even against advanced cancer by extremely controlling the proliferation of cancer cells with the synergetic effect of these effective ingredients in comparison to a case of individually dosing each effective ingredient. |
