PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanofiber-containing copolymer resin composition having high mechanical strength and weatherability.SOLUTION: A carbon nanofiber-containing copolymer resin composition includes: a copolymer resin (a) including a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a structural unit derived from a saturated hydrocarbon compound and having a peak integral value within a specific range for 4.8-5.7 ppm when a peak integral value for 0-2.7 ppm in theH-NMR spectrum is 100; and carbon nanofibers (b) wherein (1) an average fiber diameter d of the carbon nanofibers is within a specific range and (2) a ratio (D/G) of a D band peak area (D) to a G band peak area (G) in the Raman spectroscopic spectrum of 532 nm of the carbon nanofibers is within a specific range. A stress increase index at 300% strain per 1 mass% of the carbon nanofibers (b) is a specific value or higher.
