PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal tool for a servo horn with a spline shaft coupling, capable of easily separating an outer spline shaft and a servo horn to save labor.SOLUTION: A removal tool for a servo horn with a spline shaft coupling is designed for all shapes and is used for removing the metal servo horn from a servo machine. The removal tool has an open end 301 provided with a top plate and a bottom plate. The top plate and the bottom plate are coupled to a closed end 302. The top plate of the open end 301 works as a drive push-up part 31 having a long hole 311 and is connected to the bottom plate working as a driven push-up part 32 via the closed end 302. Each end of the driven push-up part 32 contains a push-up means 30 provided with an arc 321 housing the servo horn 21 and working as a push-up segment, and two tensioning means 50 capable of combining the drive push-up part 31, the servo horn 21, and the driven push-up part 32 into one unit, and if necessary, assembling spacers 40 therebetween. |
