PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of newly generating printed matter when an interruption factor is generated during execution of post-processing by a post-processing device for the printed matter printed by a printing apparatus and discharged without performing the post-processing by the post-processing device.SOLUTION: A control unit 205 causes a sheet processing device to execute sheet processing for printed matter printed by a printing apparatus and discharged without performing sheet processing by the sheet processing device connected to the printing apparatus. Furthermore, the control unit 205 causes the printing apparatus to generate the printed matter in accordance with received print data when an interruption factor is generated during the execution of the sheet processing by the sheet processing device.
