PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a watch component in which a manufacture yield is improved by easily and highly precisely forming a hole of a bearing, the watch component and a watch.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a watch component includes: a photoresist film forming step of forming a second photoresist film 65 in a train wheel bridge 162; a resist pattern forming step of forming a second photoresist pattern 65a configured by forming an opening part 67 corresponding to an insertion hole 81 of the train wheel bridge 162 in the second photoresist film 65 and forming a round chamfered part 67a which is cut in a curved shape at an edge of the opening 67, by using a second gray scale mask 66 to expose the second photoresist film 65 for development; and a substrate forming step of etching the train wheel bridge 162 with the second resist pattern 65a as a mask, forming the insertion hole 81 in the wheel train holder 162 and forming a round chamfered part 82 which is cut in a curved shape, in at least one of both axial ends of the insertion hole 81. |
