摘要 Provided is a method for producing a separator for a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device having an epoxy resin porous membrane, comprising the following: (i) a step for preparing an epoxy resin composition comprising an epoxy resin, curing agent, and porogen; (ii) a step for cutting the cured epoxy resin composition into a sheet or for curing the epoxy resin composition that has been molded into a sheet so as to obtain an epoxy resin sheet; (iii) a step for removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet using a halogen-free solvent to obtain an epoxy resin porous membrane; (iv) a step for exposing the epoxy resin porous membrane to infrared rays to measure the infrared ray absorption properties of the epoxy resin porous membrane; and (v) a step for calculating the membrane thickness and/or average pore diameter of the epoxy resin porous membrane on the basis of the infrared ray absorption properties. This production method avoids using environmentally unfriendly solvents and is suitable for controlling parameters such as average pore diameter and membrane thickness.
