A display assembly and terminal, the display assembly comprising a touch panel and a liquid crystal display module (5) bonded by an adhesive layer (4), the touch panel being provided with a key sign (1) thereon; further comprising: a light guide component (6) disposed between the touch panel and the liquid crystal display module (5) at the position corresponding to the key sign (1) disposed on the touch panel, and a light emitting component (7) disposed on one side of the light guide component (6) with the light emitting end of the light emitting component (7) facing the light guide component (6). The display assembly does not require the liquid crystal display module (5) to provide backlight for the key sign (1), and does not occupy the actual utilization area of the liquid crystal display module (5) while not increasing the size of the display assembly, and further facilitates the control of the backlight provided for the key sign (1). |
