<p>A method for resource management includes determining a Coordinated Multi-point Processing (CoMP) resource management set of a user equipment (UE), receiving a set of channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS) at the UE from a transmission point (TP) included within the CoMP resource management set, determining a resource management parameter based upon the CSI-RS signals, and sending the determined resource management parameter to the TP. The CoMP resource management set includes a plurality of candidate TPs for which downlink communication may be established with the UE.</p> |
