PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an interior and exterior film is provided to manufacture an interior and exterior film with ultra hydrophobicity and ultra water repellency by a simple and inexpensive process, by water repellency coating a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an interior and exterior with ultra hydrophobicity and ultra hydrophilicity comprises a step of spreading a substrate with an alternative transparent conducting film(S110); a step of spreading a conducting solution or planar heating material on the whole surface(S120); a step of forming an ultra hydrophobic pattern on the surface(S130); a step of spreading SiO2 granule thin film on the upper part of the hydrophobic pattern(S140); and a step of depositing a silane thin film(S150) after spreading the SiO2 granule thin film.
