PURPOSE: A real-time ventilation threshold point detection method through the monitoring of heart rate changes is provided to improve health management by allowing an exerciser to perform exercises suitable for individual physical ability. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiogram electrode part(100) detects an electrocardiogram. The electrocardiogram electrode part includes a reference electrode and electrodes for signal measurement. An electrocardiogram pre-processing part(200) amplifies the detected electrocardiogram signals and converts the amplified signals to digital signals. An operation processing part(300) detects a ventilation threshold point by using received electrocardiogram signals.
