PURPOSE: A dielectric heating device is provided to smoothly flow heat transfer fluid while enlarging area for heat exchanging of the heat transfer fluid and to easily replace a dielectric substance to be suitable for use of a heater. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric heating device comprises a heat exchange chamber(100), a heat exchanger(200), and a magnetron(400). The heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat exchange units forming a layer by arranging in parallel with a gap. The magnetron is installed in the inner surface of the heat exchange chamber to be radiated in the direction in which the heat exchange units pass. A dielectric substance(300) is filled in a space between the heat exchange units and delivers heat of the dielectric substance to heat transfer fluid passing through the inner space. The dielectric substance is dielectric-heated by microwave radiated from the magnetron. |
