PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control charge and discharge of a storage battery depending on the electric energy used.SOLUTION: A home energy manager 30 acquires an allowable electric energy used, i.e., the electric energy of system power 12A allowed to be used in a building 10A, from an information center 82, and calculates the electric energy of system power 12A used in the building 10A. Furthermore, the home energy manager 30 determines whether or not the electric energy of system power 12A used in the building 10A is less than an allowable electric energy used, and measures the power storage amount of a storage battery 92. The home energy manager 30 controls charge and discharge of the storage battery 92 on the basis of the magnitude relation of the allowable electric energy used and the electric energy of system power 12A used in the building 10A, and the power storage amount of the storage battery 92. |
