PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fuel gas from leaking to the supply side of fuel gas during charging of the fuel gas.SOLUTION: A valve device 1 for high-pressure tank which can be installed to a high-pressure tank 2 for storing high-pressure fuel gas includes: a gas flow path 10 for allowing fuel gas to flow into the high-pressure tank and to flow out of the high-pressure tank; an inflow path 11 for allowing the fuel gas to flow toward the gas flow path 10 through a fuel gas filling port 13; an outflow path 12 for allowing the fuel gas to flow from the gas flow path 10 toward a fuel gas supply port 14; and a solenoid valve 15 provided in the outflow path 12, the solenoid valve interrupting or permitting the supply of the fuel gas from the inside of the high-pressure tank to the outside of the high-pressure tank. The valve closing pressure of the solenoid valve 15 is larger than the pressure which is received during charging of the fuel gas from the outside of the high-pressure tank to the inside of the high-pressure tank.
